Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.

Game Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

Bets successfully placed and confirmed by the ibet888 system are binding and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances stated in the relevant game terms. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. ibet888 does not accept cancellation requests based solely on member error.

6.2 Game Results

All game results on ibet888 are final once confirmed by the system. For Live Casino games, results are determined by a physical dealer and verified through the ibet888 monitoring system. For slots and computer-based casino games, results are determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). For Sports Betting and e-sports, results are based on official match outcomes from recognised sources.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, ibet888 will work to restore the situation based on available data and ensure a fair outcome for all affected members. Where restoration is not possible, ibet888 reserves the right to void the relevant round or match and return the wager to the member's account balance. ibet888 is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control.

6.4 Odds & Payouts

Odds displayed on ibet888 are in decimal format. Net payout is calculated as (Odds × Stake) minus the original stake. ibet888 reserves the right to correct any odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error before a bet is confirmed. Bets confirmed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error may be voided, with the stake returned to the member.

Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Ibet888 members are expected to interact with the platform and with other members in a respectful and responsible manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one ibet888 account, whether using the same or different details.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software designed to play or place bets automatically without human interaction.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the ibet888 platform for financial gain.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage betting) across multiple accounts or in coordination with other members to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using a payment method not registered under the name of the registered member.
• Submitting false information or invalid identification documents during registration or the identity verification process.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions through the ibet888 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ibet888 support staff or other members.

Account Termination & Suspension

8.1 Termination by Member

You may close your ibet888 account at any time by contacting the ibet888 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, please ensure there are no unsettled active bets and that any withdrawable balance has been claimed. ibet888 will process account closure requests within 5–7 business days.

8.2 Termination by ibet888

Ibet888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Multiple account registration.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of termination arising from a breach of terms, any balance associated with fraudulent or abusive activity may be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned to the member in accordance with established procedures.
